EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

It will be understood that the obligations of the company derived from the Contracts will be suspended during the period in which the Cause of Force Majeure continues, and it will have an extension in the term to fulfill said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Cause of Force Majeure. The company will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution that allows it to fulfill its obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.
